EDIWIN XML/EDI SERVER software is housed in the EDICOM B2B Cloud Platform and accessed through a simple internet browser, giving users total control of the state of their electronic transactions.
An adaptor developed by EDICOM is in permanent communication with your EDIWIN XML/EDI SERVER solution and your ERP.
When you have to send a document (order, invoice, despatch advice, financial report…), it is created from your own ERP. The EDICOM adaptor detects the availability of documents to be sent and automatically transfers the data via Web Services to EDIWIN, which recognises the target and communicates with the rest of the applications integrated in the EDICOM B2B Cloud Platform for transformation into the data structure and standards expected by the receiver and sending via the communication protocol required in each case.
For received messages, the process is reversed. When the document is received in the EDICOM B2B Cloud Platform, EDIWIN, after performing a series of validation checks, handles the document transformation processes so that they can be recorded in your ERP. The details of your transaction or message are hosted in your local network and automatically integrated with your in-house system.
