In addition to all the modules previously described at administrator level, a global vision of the whole system is required, as well as the management of multiple parameters necessary for a perfect control of the application, EBI XBRL EDITION has: Partners management The partners management module stores the data of our own company as well as those of our trading partners, with whom we are going to interchange data. The partners tree shows the administrative structures that can take part in the interchange of our XBRL documents. The way of working with each partner will be configured from this module ( documents to be exchanged, communications protocol to use, security to be applied, ...) User management EDICOM BUSINESS INTEGRATOR XBRL EDITION has a user management module where the different security rules and profiles applied to each type of user will be defined. From this user management module we handle: Restriction of access: Access to the application is only granted to those users with permits to access said information. Authentication of users: EBI uses passwords as a way to check the identification and authentication of the user. Record of accesses to the application: When a user accesses the system, all the operations carried out on the same are registered in the application log.
Certificates managementIn order to be able to send signed messages, it is necessary to have a certificate that we must store safely and linked to the sender. In order to be able to receive signed messages or to send encrypted messages, we will need to have stored the certificates (public key) of our trading partners. To this end, EBI implements a repository which acts as a certificate store and can be configured so that it updates automatically. Log management The application maintains a file (LOG) where it records all the actions that take place in the platform. This file stores all the events that occur in the platform. Basically, the information that is stored in the LOG is as follows: operation carried out, start date, duration and remarks. Administration of messages (requests), traceability of the documents The EBI XBRL Edition platform provides us a framework where we are able to manage the XBRL documents received or sent. This framework will let us divide the documents into inbound or outbound, as well as searching documents by partner, request type, request number, etc. One of the main functions is being able to know the situation a document is in at all times: pending sending, sent, recovered by addressee, etc. Automatic management of transfer to archive volumes (storage) The use of the volumes and, in general, the documents archive volume, permits a better management of the documents in the platform. The transfer of documents to archive volume is a simple process for the user, as the tasks are automated and carried out in a scheduled and unassisted way. Alarms management This type of applications usually run in unassisted mode, so it is necessary to implement alarms that alert us to the events that occur requiring our attention. EBI XBRL EDITION implements an extensive typology of alerts: critical errors, printing documents, failed connection, validation errors, etc. Requests viewer in native format or with specific forms The EBI XBRL Edition platform lets us view the requests stored in the repository in the native format in which they were received or sent. Specific forms (templates) can also be designed depending on the type of taxonomies in order to be able to introduce the data that form part of the request manually, as well as designing lists in order to view the requests in a legible format that can be interpreted by the user. |
