EDICOMData e-catalogue integrated with your ERP to synchronize product data with the Catalan Health Institute (ICS)

The Institut Català de Salut (ICS) now requires the use of an electronic catalogue by suppliers awarded its tenders to publish and synchronize their product information. These successful bidders will have a 30 day deadline from the date of approval of the award to incorporate the required information into an e-catalogue.
To work with ICS, EDICOM provides users with an e-catalogue approved by GS1 that works through the GDSN network and is interoperable with AECOC DATA or any Data Pool connected to the GS1 International network.
Through the EDICOMData e-catalogue, any company can synchronize the information from its article master not only with the ICS, but with any customer or supplier that requires it, and all fully automated.
The advantage of having an e-catalogue like EDICOMData is that catalogue management can be totally integrated with your working management system, with no need to have to add your product data to the e-catalogue manually.
With the incorporation of an electronic solution for product databases, the ICS procurement process cycle is completely digitized, as the institution also requires the electronic exchange of orders (ORDERS), order response messages (ORDRSP), electronic despatch advices (DESADV) and receipt of goods acknowledgements (RECADV).

Submit your application for the EU B2G e-Invoicing project co-financed by the EU
The European Commission, through the CEF TELECOM e-Invoicing initiative, has approved the project EU B2G e-Invoicing led by EDICOM for the rollout of e-Invoicing with Public Administration. Through these projects, the implementation costs of European Electronic Invoicing will be subsidized. Participants must be part of the European project consortium, considering the requirements and implications defined by the European call for tender CEF-TC-2017-3 e-Invoicing under Directive 2014/55/EU.
