Common questions

The central authorities must receive and process electronic invoices through a national platform called the eRechnung.gv.at which is connected to the PEPPOL network. However, the Federal State’s and municipal government’s public administrations can use the national platform through the PEPPOL network, or can choose any other reception method.

The eRechnung.gv.at is the central government’s electronic invoice reception portal. It is an application of the government’s central documentation reception portal called the Unternehmensserviceportal (USP).
