The ISO/IEC 20000:2011 standard assesses the procedures that a given organization applies in its IT services management system. Taking EDICOM’s business activities into account, the certificate's scope covers management of the ASP-EDI rollout and service provision that EDICOM offers to clients.
EDICOM provides solutions and services in ASP-SaaS mode, a service model based on outsourcing the resources required to start-up an EDI Project.
Our infrastructure includes permanently updated hardware, software developed in-house to suit our customers’ needs and high-performance communications.
Achieving the ISO/IEC 20000:2011 standard endorses this service paradigm at all stages of implementation:
ASP-EDI framework installation:
This phase involves start-up of the installation and parameterization tasks for the functions the client needs to enable in the solution when integrating their data with the ERP.
ASP-EDI service provision:
The accreditation certifies the quality of the service supplied in the monitoring and maintenance tasks regarding availability of the solutions, as well the service provided to clients.
From the outset, EDICOM has worked on developing reliable and powerful electronic data interchange solutions that ensure maximum security and stability in the service provided to clients. To this end, we have a SLA (Service Level Agreement) where we undertake in writing to fulfil extremely high levels of service quality. However, for even greater peace of mind for our customers and users, and to highlight our transparency and reliability, we submit to several external audits annually which endorse the quality, security and efficiency of our working procedures and management systems.
Some of the certifications and inspections to which EDICOM submits its business to ensure maximum quality in the services and solutions provided are:
Homologation of Auditing Standards Statement No. 70 as per requirements set by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
ISO 27001 on Information Security.
Information Security Management System, certified by the Spanish Standardization Association (AENOR) in line with UNE-ISO/IEC.
