Payroll Management Portal
The payroll portal as a solution that automates and simplifies the process of delivery, signature and receipt of payroll receipts based on a digital framework that sets up secure web-based working environments and advanced digital signature systems.
Confidentiality: The portal ensures the maintenance of all the information on the company and its employees in a high security and confidential environment that can only be accessed by the users of each private framework.
Security: System security is endorsed by the different authorizations held by EDICOM in Mexico, and whose functions and services are integrated in the payroll portal:
Certification Services Provider: EDICOM PSC provide employees with electronic certificates that use data encryption techniques to start up electronic signature systems.
NOM 151: The system allows payroll safekeeping under NOM151 to guarantee the integrity and authenticity of electronic documents through time.
Direct cost savings: Immediate cost savings by removing the need for paper or postal sending of traditional administration.
Legal compliance: Our Payroll solution is aligned with the Labour Law in force in Mexico, enabling a private framework where employees receive documents that are available for inspection at all times. The platform implements electronic signature of all company salaries, thus affording legal validity to any litigation, as set forth in Article 776 of the Labour Law.
The Expenses Portal is an intelligent solution that allows secure electronic management of all documentation generated by the employees in terms of per diem and expenses when representing the company.
The employees themselves upload and manage their own expense receipts, through a private framework with high security levels, where validation of the documents is 100% adapted to the departmental structure of each company.
Smart Workflow: Different user-administrator roles are defined to receive automatic notification when expenses documents are reviewed for validation.
Personalized Validation: Technical customization of the solution is maximum, allowing users to configure different features to provide a unique solution.
