With this in mind, EDICOM has set up a Partners Program for those professionals from complementary technological sectors to EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) who need to expand and their range of services and increase the value of their business.
There are three different levels of collaboration, adapted to each type of company. Here, we explain how each of them works:
This program is aimed at developers and installers of ERP and management systems in general. The experts from EDICOM work with the client's ERP consulting and maintenance service providers to prepare the communications and data integration interfaces. The collaboration can be specified in a framework agreement whereby both parties are committed to raising awareness of the same. This allows the Alliance partner to expand its range of services, while also placing it in vantage position over its competitors. On one hand, because it provides direct and immediate connectivity to the largest EDI platform on the market, and on the other, because it will appear as a reference in EDICOM portals and communications.
The Reseller agreement is designed for suppliers of management tools (ERP, accounting systems, billing software, etc.) who need to add new functionalities to their technological solutions. In this case, partners have the option of integrating their tools with solutions developed by EDICOM, such as e-signature, electronic time stamping or long-term storage. This is done in a way that is transparent for the users and brings greater added value to Reseller products. Moreover, services may be resold to the end customer every time they are used, so the agreement is also an important source of income.
The EDICOM Business Partner program is designed for companies with high technological capability and broad experience. This agreement makes the Business Partner an official EDICOM distributor to all intents and purposes. To this end, they must have a commercial network that assumes the tasks of market exploration and closing operations, which will later be implemented and installed by EDICOM technicians in our own platform in ASP mode. They also need to have a customer service team to provide first level support to their own customers. With this initiative, companies have permanent support from EDICOM for the exploitation and closure of business opportunities.
