They make it possible for us to complete tasks on the go and increase productivity. Increasing productivity is the goal EDICOM seeks to achieve when developing all of its electronic solutions. For this reason, we will soon be launching a mobile app called Business Mail Payrolls.
The app B@M Payrolls will be available free of charge for Android and iOS users. It can function on the web, on kiosks and on mobile devices. The app is independent from the medium used to view and sign the payroll documents. Therefore users won’t have to worry about others accessing the documents, especially since EDICOM’s infrastructure is stable and secure.
What is Business Mail Payrolls?
Business Mail Payrolls is a platform that allows users to automatically and securely manage electronic payroll documents. This electronic process has been mandatory in Mexico since 2014 and eliminates the need to wait in long lines to have payroll documents processed. It also reduces the time necessary to gather payroll documents. With one click, users of this app can save even more time. Moreover, it reduces economic costs, keeps documents secure and makes managing them easy.
How does the app B@M Payrolls work?
The Business Payrolls mobile app functions similar to the Business Payrolls Internet platform. After it’s downloaded, users are prompted to put in their user name and password. This ensures secure browsing and maximum security.
Every time a new payroll document arrives, users receive a notification informing them to sign it, which can be done in one click. Users also have the ability to modify documents instead of just accepting them. Furthermore, the app includes a history of the payroll documents that is searchable by date.
