EDICOM announces the worldwide launch of its new corporate website
With the aim of giving our clients, users and the media a new online space where they can access updated EDI-related information and the latest IT news quickly and easily, EDICOM announces the launch of its new 2.0 communication platform.
This is one of the most ambitious corporate communication projects undertaken by EDICOM since it was founded nearly 20 years ago. The project arose as a result of the company’s rapid rise in the electronic data interchange sector, making it leader for companies in markets across the globe that need reliable solutions for their B2B communication needs.
This growth has led to the need to update the communication platforms through which EDICOM directly and indirectly maintains contact with clients and users. Furthermore, EDICOM’s increasing international presence and importance in the industry has made it necessary to cater to a third sector, the media.
To ensure fluid two-way communications between EDICOM and all our target audiences, we have developed a fully operational 2.0 communication platform, in line with the basic criteria that have characterised EDICOM corporate communication in recent years: providing information and transparency. Information about EDI, its characteristics and the latest news of interest to our clients and users. Transparent, clearly written documents explaining electronic data interchange technology to enable target audience and users, irrespective of their level of expertise, to understand our solutions and the advantages for their business.
The 2.0 communication platform is based on two major digital products, a corporate portal and a press room.
Consisting of 8 different sites, one for each local office, based on a shared website architecture, design and corporate image but with content designed specifically to meet the technical, legal and commercial requirements of each region.
The aim is to provide our clients and users with a site where they can easily and quickly find the information they need, according to specific requirements of their business.
