International organization the Uptime Institute has awarded TIER II accreditation to the EDICOM Data Processing Center, following a rigorous assessment. This certificate guarantees that it is a redundant data center, which is highly unlikely to suffer service interruptions. In other words, it constitutes an endorsement of the commitments undertaken by EDICOM in its SLA (Service Level Agreement), which sets a service availability of 99.9%.
