(Argentina) e-Invoicing now mandatory for registered VAT payers

As of July 1, 3749 General Resolution requires all registered VAT payers in Argentina and a small group of individuals and companies to join the electronic system
Peru has started issuing electronic bills of sale in an effort to continue institutional modernization. SUNAT, Peru’s tax administration, implemented the electronic bill of sale by publishing regulation No. 132-2015 on May 27th of this year.

SUNAT Resolution 300-2014 summons hundreds of businesses to join the Electronic Issuance System throughout next year. The first must do so from January 1.

According to newspaper La República, SUNAT plans to roll out e-invoicing for all taxpayers within 3 years. Next October, 239 businesses will be switching over to this system.
The e-billing platform kept constantly updated by EDICOM worldwide is now technically and legally prepared to issue electronic invoices in accordance with SUNAT (National Customs and Tax Administration) requirements.
