Electronic Invoicing

Sending Invoices

The administrative tasks associated with billing your customers mean you have to assign important resources to tasks such as printing and handling invoices, stamping, mailing, checking receipt at destination, etc., incurring important costs for businesses.

Our einvoicing solutions let you automate your document delivery process, distinguishing between users with a technological solution for receiving bills, with whom you communicate by an agreed protocol, and those without this technology, who are sent the document published via a secure portal accessible by internet.

Sending process for Electronic Invoices

  • Your invoice data are transferred to the EDICOM B2B Cloud Platform.
  • The applications integrated in our B2B platform take the data, acknowledge the receiver of the invoices and apply the mapping to generate the bill in the format expected by the client.
  • The electronic invoices are digitally signed to boost security levels and guarantee document integrity and authenticity.
  • The resulting document is automatically forwarded to the receiver through the EDICOM Network (EDICOMNet) if they have an EDI or e-Invoicing solution, or published in PDF format in the Business@Mail service if they lack this kind of technology.
  • For those cases where physical delivery of the invoice is expressly required, it is printed, enveloped, stamped and sent by post.

EDICOMNet integrates the most complete communication infrastructure to simplify secure sending of your invoices by specific protocols and systems for electronic business document interchange between companies.
If your client has a mailbox in our private network, or a specific point-to-point communications protocol (W. Services, AS2, OFTP2, etc.), we communicate with it to ensure you receive your receipts immediately, automatically and securely.
