In compliance with Organic Law 15/1999 / of December 13 on Personal Data Protection (hereinafter, LOPD), please note that for the use of certain services provided by EDICOM CAPITAL, S.L. (hereinafter EDICOM) through this portal, users are required to provide data of a personal nature to this end, such as their name, surnames, address, e-mail, telephone number, etc., for inclusion in a file belonging to EDICOM CAPITAL, S.L., with tax ID C.I.F. B96490867 and business address at Charles Robert Darwin 8, 46980 Paterna (Valencia) SPAIN, to be used in providing the services requested and supplying the users with information of a commercial nature and about products offered by EDICOM that might be of interest to them.

In this sense, EDICOM undertakes to inscribe the user’s personal data File in the General Data Protection Registry and ensure the implementation and upkeep of appropriate security measures for the personal details provided. Processing of personal data and sending of electronic communications are subject to the regulations set forth in Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on Personal Data Protection (B.O.E. 14/12/1999) and Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (B.O.E. 12/07/2002).

Likewise, you are hereby notified that any processing of your data shall be solely and exclusively for the purposes for which they were requested. In no circumstances will these details be ceded to third parties without your specific prior consent to said data transfer, notifying you of the entities to which they are to be transferred.

To this end, EDICOM as potential manager of said processing, undertakes to:

- Process the data in accordance with the CLIENT’s instructions - Use the personal data to which it has access solely and exclusively to meet its contractual obligations with the CLIENT. - Access personal data of clients and other individuals related to the CLIENT should said access be required for provision of the contracted services. - Observe and adopt the data security measures cited in article 9 of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, to prevent any alteration, loss, processing or unauthorized access, in accordance with the state of the technology, the nature of the data and the risks to which they are exposed. - Not to divulge to third parties the data of a personal nature to which it has access, not even for preservation purposes. However, the processing manager shall not be liable when, upon express indication from the person responsible, they communicate the data to a third party designated by the same. - To destroy or return the data, as well as any support provided by “CLIENT”, once provision is complete of the services that motivated the need for access by MANAGER to certain confidential details, unless the "CLIENT" authorizes preservation of the same expressly and in writing. The obligations laid down for EDICOM herein shall also be binding for its potential employees, collaborators, both external and internal, and subcontractors. EDICOM shall therefore respond to the CLIENT in the event of any breach of the obligations by said employees, collaborators and subcontractors.
