EDICOM’s Global e-Invoicing Platform implements invoice reception solutions adapted to the particular features of large-scale recipients operating in the international scope.
This solution is based on the commissioning of five key services that simplify the processes of receiving all invoices from your suppliers:
Receiving invoices
The EDICOM B2B communications network provides your suppliers with several options for secure forwarding of their e-invoices. Our communications infrastructure provides private connectivity through our VAN EDICOMNet, or specific point-to-point communication services via AS2, OFTP2, etc.
Legal validation
Our Global e-Invoicing Platform integrates control services that analyse the conformity of all invoices received with the legal and technical specifications in force in each country where you operate. This module is kept permanently updated, incorporating all amendments and upgrades as they arise in each country and rejecting non-compliant documents.
Syntactic and semantic validation
Invoices having passed the legal validation are subjected to a second control process to ensure that they comply with all the specifications defined in the platform in aspects such as formats, compatibility with EDI guides or the presence of all the minimum data required.
Legal archiving
The documents are stored in a high availability data center under the strictest security standards. This safekeeping service also respects each country’s legislation, so that each invoice is preserved for the legally set period and in accordance with the specifications set forth in each region (e-signatures, timestamps, enabling of access for controlling or auditing entities, etc.).
Integration with your management system
The invoices are finally subjected to a data transformation process for integration with your ERP. The platform deploys different administration environments to allow decentralized management and integration by country or region.
