Finland to compel public institutions to receive electronic invoices

As of 1 April 2020 all public institutions in Finland must be able to receive and manage electronic invoices which meet the requirements established by the European Union in Directive 2014/55/EU.
Hungarian tax authority has published some updates regarding RTIR evolution for 2019. As of April 2020, National Tax and Customs Administration of Hungary (NAV) will force all taxpayers to use version 2.0 of the XML of the electronic invoices in their online report.

According to resolution SAT-DSI-838-2019 published in the Diario de Central América on 12 September 2019. The new taxpayers that must sign up to the schema will have to invoice electronically from this month on.
